Green Flag Drops on Twin 25's This Saturday

Double your features, double your fun this Saturday, July 15, with Magic Valley Speedway and the O’Reilly Auto Parts Twin 25’s. The Bud Light NASCAR Modifieds, Zamp Pro-Late Models, Pepsi Mini Stocks, Hornets, and Quale’s Electronics Stingers take two turns at the high-banks as they battle for crucial mid-season points.

Eric Rhead, with the help of his two recent feature victories, has solidified his place atop the Bud Light NASCAR Modified standings. Defending division champion Zach Webster sits eighty points out of the lead, but could move back within striking range if he could score a second feature flag in either one of Saturday’s O’Reilly Auto Parts Twin 25’s.

There’s no love lost between Zamp Pro-Late Model point leaders Emilee Newman and Dan Root, Junior. Newman leads Root, Junior into Saturday night’s action by just seven points, but Root, Junior is motivated to overthrow the point leader after a late race run-in saw him spun out of contention in the division’s most recent meeting.

The Pepsi Mini Stock division assembles Saturday night looking to knock Keith Ostic from the top of the division standings. Ostic holds a slim fifteen point lead over Fred Vigil and an eighteen point advantage over Tyler Palmer entering the O’Reilly Auto Parts Twin 25’s.

Ty Garibay shows the way in the Hornet division by fifty points over Tim McGuire and 53 over Zachery Rydalch. The Quale’s Electronics Stingers sees Kaethyn Gilligan lead Paxton Guiles by thirty points entering the O’Reilly Auto Parts Twin 25’s.

General admission to a full night of feature racing is just $14 for adults, $12 for seniors sixty and over and military members, $8 for kids 7-11, and free for kids 6 and under. Gates open at 4:45 p.m. Saturday with racing at 6:30 p.m. Skip the line at the gate and purchase your advance tickets online at www.magicvalleyspeedway.com and text ‘magicspeed’ to 84483 to receive updates from our text club. We’ll see you this Saturday, July 15, for the O’Reilly Auto Parts Twin 25’s at Idaho’s fastest NASCAR Home Track, Magic Valley Speedway.
