4.1. ELIGIBLE MODELS
4.1.1. Any 1970 through 2005 full frame GM or Ford standard sedan with a factory wheelbase of not less than 110 inches allowed.
4.1.2. 1970 through 1988 Chrysler products allowed with minimum 101.5” wheelbase.
4.1.3. No factory performance type cars allowed.
4.1.4. No T-tops, convertibles, jeeps, or trucks allowed.
4.1.4.A. El Camino and other body styles allowed with Chief Steward approval.
4.1.5. CARS MUST REMAIN STRICTLY STOCK.
4.1.5.A. The use of the word STOCK in these rules refers to unaltered parts as manufactured by the manufacturer for the car being run.
4.1.6. Straps must be installed on front and rear bumper to prevent cars from hooking.
4.1.7. Front firewall must be sealed.
4.1.8.A complete Rear firewall must seal the trunk area from the driver’s compartment if fuel cell is above trunk firewall.
4.1.9. All interior seats and upholstery must be removed.
4.1.10. Complete dash must remain including radio.
4.1.11. Trimming of wheel wells to the circumference of tire is allowed
4.1.11.A. Official’s discretion may assess 5 lap penalty for extreme cutting.
4.1.12. Inner wheel well must be left in place.
4.1.13. Any sharp protruding objects on car and/or in driver’s compartment must be removed.
4.1.14. The seam of the driver’s door must be welded, chained, or bolted shut unless door plate is used.
4.1.15. All glass must be removed except for front windshield. No screens or plastic
4.1.16. Cracked windshields must be taped, and may not block vision.
4.2. BASIC INSTRUCTIONS: DON’T DO ANYTHING TO THE ENGINE Vac Rule
4.2.1. AC units and condenser may be removed.
4.2.2. Carburetors must be stock 2 bbl. with absolutely no alterations
4.2.2.A. Stock fuel injection allowed.
4.2.3. MVS may swap carbs anytime with anyone in this class.
4.2.4. One 12V battery only and it must be strapped and secured under the hood.
4.2.5. Automatic transmission only
4.2.6. It is recommended that two 360 degree steel brackets be placed around the drive shaft and fastened to the floor or cross member of the car to prevent drive shaft from dropping to race track or hitting driver.
4.2.7. All drive shafts must be made of steel and painted white.
4.2.8. Brakes must be operational and lock up all four wheels.
4.2.9.Vin #s must be visible.
4.3. ROLL BAR INSTALLATION
4.3.1. All vehicles recommended to have a min 4 point roll cage, min 3 door bars on drivers side.
4.3.2. Must be constructed of at least 1 ¾”x.095 or better mild steel.
4.3.3. Roll bar must be located directly behind the driver and reach as close as possible to the roof and the left side of the car.
4.3.4. Roll bar must be back braced from the top of the bar to the rear car frame (or plate on floor) at approximate 45-degree angle.
4.3.5. Roll bar members may attach to the frame or floor.
4.3.6. For floor installation, attach members to 6”x 6”x1/4” min or larger plates which are securely mounted to the floor.
4.3.7. Driver compartment bracing must remain inside the driver’s compartment and may not dissect, bisect or pass through either the engine or trunk firewall.
4.3.7.A. Such bracing may be installed as a safety feature only and may not reinforce the body or frame.
4.3.8. Driver’s door may be gutted for roll bar clearance only.
4.3.9. Hinge and latch supports must remain stock and unaltered.
4.3.10. Drivers door bars must be plated with 1/8” min steel from A post to B post and Top to Bottom.
4.3.11. Roll bar installation will be subject to Chief Steward approval.
4.3.12. Door bars may not extended forward of “A” post or rearward of hoop.
4.3.13. Doorplate recommended on all cars.
4.3.14. Door plate must be painted to match car body.
4.3.15. Plate should overlap the front and rear door edges by at least 12 inches.
4.3.16. 6” x 3/8” x 6’ Minimum plate dimensions.
4.3.17. Aluminum racing seats required, must be properly attached to roll cage.
4.3.18. Seat must be mounted in straight-ahead position.
4.3.19. Racing minimum 5 point Seat belts required.
4.3.20. Factory trunk and hood latches must be removed and replaced with pins or chain with quick snap and easily opened by fire crew.
4.3.21. Stock and operable hood and trunk hinges required.
4.3.22. Padding under hood must be removed
4.3.23. Reinforced 7″ steel racing type wheel recommended on right front.
4.3.23.A. 3″ back space only. RF Only may be moved to 3 degrees Max camber in ward.
4.3.24. All other wheels may be stock wheels or 7″ Max Width Minimum 3″ Backspace racing type wheels.
4.3.25. Tires must be stock passenger radial tires.
4.3.25.A. No recaps, truck tires or bias ply tires.
4.3.26. All four tires must be same size.
4.3.27. All tires must be 205-225 X 15″ or ( 205-225 60 X 16″ ) or less.
4.3.28. Minimum tire inflation on all four tires is 30 PSI maximum 40 PSI before any event.
4.3.29. Track tire gauge will be the official measurement of tire pressures.
4.3.30. Stock gas tank may be removed and replaced with a small and securely mounted 6-gallon outboard marine tank, plastic or steel.
4.3.30.A. Installed above trunk floor, in center of trunk, as far forward as possible.
4.3.30.B. Tank must be secured by four, over the tank, straps. (1 ½”x1/8” straps)
4.3.30.C. Two in each direction.
4.3.31. Fuel line must exit from top or side of tank.
4.3.32. No fuel lines in driver’s compartment.
4.3.33. Complete firewall must seal trunk from driver’s compartment. If cell is in trunk.
4.4. PERSONAL PROTECTION
4.4.1. Approved SA2010 helmet or Higher.
4.4.2. Fire retardant gloves, shoes, and fire suit required. Window net required on the drivers side.
4.4.3. Seat belts must be in good condition.
4.4.4. Center of steering wheel must be padded with a minimum of 2 inches of resilient material.
4.4.5. Fire extinguisher securely mounted within reach of driver required.
4.4.6. Officials may disqualify anyone from running in this class based on past racing experience.
4.4.7. Raceivers required.
4.4.8. Numbers must be at least 18” high on both doors & 24” on roof in contrasting colors to paint job.
4.4.9. Car number at least 6” high must be on passenger side windshield.
4.4.10. Different type events may be run at the discretion of track management and officials.
4.4.10.A. These may include but are not limited to school vs. school, boys vs girls, as well as other novelty events.
4.4.10.B. You will be expected to compete in these events.
4.4.10.C. Direction event is run may change.
4.4.10.D. Refusal to participate in novelty events may result in loss of points earned that night.
4.5. MANAGEMENT CLAIM
4.5.1. Management may make a claim at any time during the event.
4.5.2. The claim amount for the complete car is $1,500.00.
4.5.3. If you refuse a legal claim, you forfeit purse and/or trophies for the event and season points.
4.5.4. You and the car will not be allowed to compete at the Speedway.
4.5.5. No vehicles in either division 1 or division 2 may be svt, sho, svo, Camaros, stealth 3000, avengers, shelby, daytona, or any similar performance type vehicles.
4.5.6. Competitors found using items that are not within the rule of being strictly stock will be penalized points and or purse.

Division 2 Bombers

4.6. BOMBERS DIVISION 2
4.6.1. Must meet all Division 1 rules unless specified below.
4.6.2. Any 1980 through 2005 American made standard sedan with a factory wheelbase of not less than 101.5 inches allowed.
4.6.3. All cars must be Automatic transmission V-6 powered cars.
4.6.4. No T-tops, sun-roofs, convertibles, jeeps, or trucks allowed
4.6.5. CARS MUST REMAIN STRICTLY STOCK. THESE CARS ARE INTENDED TO BE CARS WE RACE AND NOT RACE CARS.
4.6.6. Stock V-6 factory fuel injected cars allowed.
