Pohlman vs Fowble

                                            Fowble, Pohlman battle for Mr. Gas Late Models win

Rick Fowble and Jeff Pohlman both made trips to victory lane earlier in June, but tonight only one driver will claim a main event win as the race to the championship continues with the Mr. Gas Late Models series.

Fowble currently holds the points lead in the division, but Pohlman is sure to be a strong contenderas the season progresses.

Ray Homolka continues to drive the car to beat in the Brennan’s Carpet Pony Stocksdivision,but there are several drivers looking to closein on his lead in the standings.

Also battling around the one-third mile track this eveningwill bethe NAPA Street Stocks and the Quale’sElectronics Hornets.

Additionally, the Legends Cars will make their first of two appearances this season.

Gates open at 5 p.m.,and the first green flag waves at 6.

Note: Super Sixes driver Dick Sola, who was involved in a violent crash Saturday, was reported to have sustainedfractures to both wrists along with possible cracked ribs. He was treated and released form St. Luke’s Magic Valley Medical Center early Sunday.
